Patients are encouraged to provide timely notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointments. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients should notify Aayush Hospital at least 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made by phone, email, or through the hospital’s online appointment system, if available. In case of unexpected emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, patients are requested to contact the hospital as soon as possible to inform about the cancellation.
Cancellation made 24 hours (1 day) before the appointment: Full refund.
Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment: No refund (cancellation fee may apply).
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the appointment.
Refund will be credited in your account within 7–10 business days.
Patients are allowed to reschedule appointments without incurring a cancellation fee if they provide the required 24-hour notice (as specified in the Appointment Cancellation Policy).
